Welcome to AiM Institute Mumbai fulfilling the requirements of HealthCare Industry by combining the aspects of pre-hospital emergency and primary healthcare. We understand the rapidly growing need for paramedical Professionals and the profession out of the increasingly unpredictable exigencies all across the globe and empower our youths with the employability skills.
Paramedical Science is a continuously growing profession and requires professionals to expand their roles into paramedic practitioners and also the remote area practitioners. AiM Institute is aimed at imparting professional Para-Medical skill based training to empowering employability skills to the youths to stand high in the global healthcare.
AiM Para-Medical Institute is equipped with digital classrooms, simulation lab, qualified & experienced faculty to enrich our students with a fulfilling learning experience. We have also tied-up with the renowned hospitals/ organizations to enrich their learning skill based experience which will benefit youngsters to learn best health industry skills during on job training , which will uplift their career in the noble healthcare sector.
About Founder, CMD & CEO
Backed by a brilliant experience record, Prof Ramakant D. Gaikwad has been engaged in teaching and research for nearly 17+ years now. Sir was worked as Dy. Director at National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Ministry of Health and family welfare, Govt India’s State AIDS Control Society headquarter at Mumbai. During his tenure as Dy. Director, he had worked immediate under different top IAS officers. He had implemented many innovative projects for youths and general population liHIV/AIDS awareness through Folk Troupe campaigns, Mobile apps for the youths, webinars for the masses and many more. He was an asset for the organization where he worked and served.
Sir’s passion about teaching made him to serve and impart his knowledge to Diploma to PG students in many reputed institutes in Pune and out of the state. Sir was started his carrier as tutor and climbed successfully to as Professor at D. Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai.
His interest of serving mankind he joined Rotary Club of Pune Sinhgad Road and served for the needy and vulnerable sections of the society. During his tenure in Rotary Club as ‘Chairman for Social Projects’ he received Best Social Projects awards for collection of maximum blood donation camps, diagnostic camps for the rural areas and many more health and social, awareness camps and activities. Sir was NSS Programme officer and guided and implemented various innovative projects in rural areas of Pune district.
Sir is a PhD Scholar and holds a Master and Bachelor of Science degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) , Nashik , Govt Maharashtra. Also Sir did his MA in Sociology from Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune. In addition to all he completed Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from YCMOU, Nashik and also holds many certificate courses best among certificate course in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has published and presented many research papers in reputed International and National Journals and Conferences. He has organized many International, national, state, regional conferences, webinars, workshops and seminars. He is a member of many professional and social bodies.
Prof Ramakant D. Gaikwad was awarded and felicitated for various academic, social and official innovative activities. He is being called as guest lecturer for addressing youths in various platforms.
His vision is to impart skill based and technology driven innovative education to prepare future human resource to reduce the gap of unemployability to the nation and to the globe. Sir in the year 2021 started “AIM Institute Mumbai” to enlighten, nurture and serve the society. AIM means aspire to be , endeavor to, strive to and pursue a goal.
It was not easy to step-up and start-up but it was made easy because of hard work, sincerity, hope,blessings and inner voice of to do something for the society and country.He believed, that youngsters of India remained deprived from skill and job based education due tounavailability of option to upskill and upgrade to their basic education results increasing un-employability.
That’s why we to make youths employable to reduce the gap and started skill based and job oriented courses. AIM Institute is not only focusing on study but technologically driven teaching and learning with innovation with the best possible industry exposure and placement. Also we are here not only preparing human resource to our nation but for the globe. AIM is committed to On Job Training and providing real life experience.
